The Woggles - My Baby Likes to Boogaloo
Pretty sure the opening guitar riff is played through a Sears battery-operated guitar amp.
That’s awesome! Go Heels!!
Makes me feel of letting go and seeing another path and healing on the way and understanding that no everything is meant to be but it wont end there just patience
Amazing
He said "Mary is the rarest gem and she's the wildest flower I'll make my Mary merrier with every passing hour So I made a certain sacrifice, as soon as we were through I said "Your Mary loves you, Lad" and he said "Mary Who?" You don't know if an apple's rotten til you take a bite You don't know if there's breakfast come until you spend the night And I'm sure I'll kiss my share of frogs before my time is done The world is full of Bastards and I've dated every one! And the lad was oh-so-generous, much more than you would think He didn't have a lisence but he still drove me to drink And I had no insecurities, so he gave me some of his But I didn't need his sorrow, man, I'm Irish as it is! You don't know if an apple's rotten til you take a bite You don't know if there's breakfast come until you spend the night And I'm sure I'll kiss my share of frogs before my time is done The world is full of Bastards and I've dated every one! (Guitar solo) You don't know if the Beer is bitter til you buy a glass You don't know if your piece of mind is just a piece of ass And I'm sure I'll kiss my share of frogs before my time is done The world is full of Bastards and I've dated every one
Saw The Woggles in San Diego last night-to quote a friend of mine- Epic Fire Madness! so good :)
¿POLVO DE QUÉ?
🤣
The most underrated song ever!
Cousin Mic is belting out this tune. I was around when he was writing this song BEFORE he joined the V-Roys. Those were some fun times!!
How many a year has passed and gone? Many a gamble has been lost and won And many a road taken by many a first friend And each one I've never seen again I wish, I wish, I wish in vain That we could sit simply in that room again Ten thousand dollars at the drop of a hat I'd give it all gladly if our lives could be like that

Saw these guys back in the 90’s downtown Buckhead,Atlanta. One of the best shows I’ve ever seen, and I’ve been hooked ever since. Still listening in 2023.
I would love to know where I could purchase their albums.

Awesome live band
This never gets old
This is one of the most underrated songs ever. They have so many good songs. I always thought why this band haven’t got huge, they deserved to be one of the bests.
a hidden gem! found them when looking into this one band called aftertax which also has the same type of sound!
Is there a studio version of this anywhere?
what movie is this from?
Still here
nice
A wonderful closer. The first line is true poetry. Love the images this tune brings to life. Maybe deranged, but romantic and real. Valhalla?
Brian's lyrics came from all over the place. I think the band had passed a sign for an old age home called Valhalla. (Which is a great name for an old age home.) My favorite lyric is the "59, 79, 99" in Cruising with Randy Travis which is from the old Taco Bell commercials. They claim that Brian typed the lyrics for that song on an old typewriter when he came home really drunk one night. The next day he wouldn't believe them when they told him that he had typed it. Brian is a lyric genius.
@@stateofmaine Well thanks, that is true I don't remember randy travis. I thought Kevin was fucking with me. Valhalla is the place of dead heroes? Also about being a good friend but no one cares.
Miss me some viceroy
🥲...I'm in love....🤠
My batt is low
I really hope y'all come back with new stuff
It’s Royal Fux!
